A Shasta County chronic offender has been given a long prison sentence. 29-year-old Richard Sisco-Greendale was pulled over by Redding Police on June 28th. He gave the officer a false name and then drove away at high speed, nearly hitting the officer. After leading police on a high speed chase through residential neighborhoods and running red lights, Sisco-Greendale abandoned the car and got away on foot. Methamphetamine and Heroin was found in the car. Sisco-Greendale was located a few days later and arrested after a brief standoff. He pleaded guilty to a variety of felony charges last month, as well as violations of his probation in four prior felony cases. On Tuesday he was sentenced of 15 years, 4 months in state prison.
