Parolee Found With Meth Sentenced To 6 More Years In Prison

A parolee from Corning with a prior strike for child molestation is going back to prison. 67-year-old Thomas Heredia was arrested last September 12th by Corning Police. He had stolen a cell phone off of a store counter, and the theft was caught on video. That led to a parole search of his home during which Methamphetamine was found in a potted plant and in a laundry bag. On another occasion Heredia was stopped for a vehicle code violation and his home was searched again. A small amount of Meth was found on a mirror. Heredia has been sentenced to 6 years in state prison.
