A woman was rescued after spending the night in her vehicle after it got stuck in the snow near Highway 36. The parents of the unidentified woman reported her missing after she didn’t come home on Monday night. After an extensive search, that included two CHP helicopters, the woman’s vehicle was spotted stuck in the snow along a road south of the highway in a remote region of Trinity County. The CHP crew relayed her location to ground units, and they found the woman and her dog uninjured.
