Parolee Arrested After Barricading Herself In A Bathroom

A wanted parolee was captured in Shasta Lake City Saturday. Someone informed deputies that 36-year-old Cassidy Corrine Faler had walked into a home on Hill Boulevard. The sheriff’s office says she has a history of resisting arrest and carrying weapons. When they got there, Faler was standing in the front doorway, but she defied deputies by running back inside the house. A man who lives there opened the door for deputies, who found Faler barricaded in a bathroom and refusing to come out. The door was forced open and Faler was taken into custody.
