State investigators are still looking into the cause of a fire that destroyed the Round Table Pizza in Weaverville, according to the Trinity Journal. The fire broke out around 2AM on April 6th. The building was mostly engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived. A few days prior to the fire, a truck had crashed into the building, leaving a large hole. Weaverville’s Fire Chief apparently asked for help on the investigation from the State Fire Marshall’s Office.
