A convicted Tehama County sex offender is going back to prison. 57-year-old Duane Feisel was arrested March 5th when police became suspicious of him for hanging around outside a bank at night. He was on searchable probation, but when officers tried to detain him, he resisted. Methamphetamine and a Billy Club were found in his car. Feisel had already failed to register as a sex offender within the required time. He’s been sentenced to 16 months in state prison.
