Anderson’s Problem Oriented Police Unit made a compliance sweep Tuesday of some of the city’s probationers, arresting five of them. All of the arrests involved possession of drugs or paraphernalia. One person was also charged with elder abuse, and another for possession of a fixed blade knife.
