A foot patrol along Weaver Creek in Trinity County resulted in 5 arrests and the seizure of drugs and money. The operation was done Wednesday by Trinity County Deputies, Cal-Fire, BLM and Forest Service Officers. Increasing fire danger has been a major concern, as well as pollution of the creek. A total of 40 Grams of Methamphetamine was seized, as well as $11,000 cash. A number of people were cited on warrants as well.
