A commercial building in Weaverville went up in flames Wednesday night. A mass of flames and smoke could be seen from the fire, located on Nugget Lane, which is a frontage road along Highway 299. Weaverville Fire Department says the building used to be Marino’s Cafe. It was completely destroyed. It’s not far from where a Round Table Pizza burned in April.
