Cal-Fire sent a full wildland response to a motorhome fire Tuesday afternoon off of China Gulch Road. The fire was reported at about 12:50PM at 17622 China Gulch Road. Several airtankers were called and a large wildland response was called in. Arriving crews found a motorhome on fire and the fire had spread to a small area of vegetation. Crews stopped the spread of the fire within about 15 minutes. No evacuations were issued, but a portion of China Gulch was closed as crews extinguished the fire.
