A Red Bluff woman has been given a potential life sentence for child molestation, which she documented herself. 27-year-old Rachel Michaela Holt-Campbell was arrested last November 25th and charged with multiple counts involving the continuous sexual abuse of a 5-year-old girl. Her cell phone had child pornography videos, including videos showing herself molesting the victim. The crimes took place between September and November. She’s been sentenced to 15 years to life in prison.
