A significant amount of heroin has been taken out of circulation after a bust by a Shasta County drug task force in Redding last week. At 4 O’clock Thursday afternoon SINTF agents arrived with a search warrant at the Helen Street home of 36-year-old Kao Fuey Saechao. At the same time, Saechao was detained in a traffic stop. A search of the home allegedly turned up about 3 ounces of Methamphetamine and more than 2 ounces of Heroin, along with evidence of sales. Also included in the search warrant was a home on Leonard Drive in East Redding, where agents reported seizing almost a pound and a half of Heroin, more than two ounces of Meth, and 34,000 Dollars cash, as well as three semi-auto handguns, two hunting rifles, a shotgun, an assault rifle and multiple rounds of ammunition. Along with Saechao, agents also arrested Manivone Inthavong and David Hay. It’s believed that most of the drug dealing was being done out of the Helen Street home.
