A Redding couple is suspected in a residential burglary in Santa Cruz County. The sheriff’s department there has asked for help from Redding Police as they seek James “Jimi” Mitchell and Ashley Sowers, who were apparently caught on video surveillance outside of a burglarized home in the community of Pasatiempo.
