A man will stand trial for an alleged kidnapping attempt of two little kids. On August 7th the 8-year-old boy and girl were selling rocks in front of their home on Kenyon Drive in South Redding when 55-year-old Keith Brian Henry stopped in his red BMW and bought some of their rocks. He returned a short time later and allegedly tried to lure them into his car with promises of candy, toys and plastic flowers. A neighbor confronted Henry and he left. A short time later he was found in the City of Shasta Lake and identified by a witness. A jury trial is set to begin October 18th.
