A Happy Valley man was arrested after a dispute with his neighbor, according to the sheriff’s office. Deputies were called to unit #55 of the Deluxe Mobile Home Park on Happy Valley Road a little after 8AM Tuesday morning to check on disturbance call. The 911 caller said he had been in a verbal dispute with his neighbor and it turned violent. 39-year-old Michael Shane Epley said that during the argument 37-year-old Aaron Dickinson brandished a knife at him and threw a brick at him. Deputies saw Dickinson standing outside of his trailer and he failed to comply with their commands. He fled back into his trailer, but was taken into custody a short time later. Deputies determined that Dickinson brandished a knife at Epley and threw a brick at him which missed his head by only a couple of inches.
