Low-income residents of Redding who are waiting to get on a waiting list for affordable housing will need to wait just a few more days. The City of Redding Housing Authority will reopen the lists for its Housing Choice Voucher Program, which provides rental assistance to very low-income households. Those who don’t have a computer at home can use one at the Redding Library. The last time additions were made to the list was in June of last year for one week. The list has been culled for ineligible applicants. The window of opportunity starts next Wednesday and runs through January 18th.
