Red Bluff Police and the Tehama County Coroner’s Office are trying to identify a dead man. The man’s body was found Tuesday afternoon in the southeast area of Dog Island Park. There were no obvious signs of foul play observed on the body. No identifying features have been found either that could lead to the man’s name.
