AB109 Team Recovers Stolen Property

Two people were arrested when the Shasta County Sheriff’s Office AB109 Team visited Shingletown Wednesday. At the Northwood Way home of Nichol Ivins deputies found unique hand made fencing that was apparently stolen. Ivins also had a couple of warrants and she was arrested. On the same road, deputies then went to the home of Davin Hetlandvisser, where they found him working in his garage. Also in the garage was a stolen Polaris side-by-side ATV. Inside the home deputies reported finding a sawed-off break action shotgun, high capacity ar15 magazines, illegal tracer ammunition and a pump action shotgun that was stolen from a Redding home in 2015. Other property that’s believed to be stolen from a Shingletown vacation home was also found.
