Southbound Interstate Five was a mess near Lake Boulevard Tuesday afternoon, just in time for rush hour. Just after 5 O’clock an SUV got tangled up with a large RV trailer, leaving the RV on its side. Nobody was injured but the RV waste reservoir was ruptured, spreading sewage across the freeway lanes. Traffic backed up for a few miles as it was reduced to one lane of travel.
