Tehama County Deputies investigating a Corning trespassing ended up making two arrests for a burglary at a neighboring home. At 3:20AM Saturday morning deputies found 33-year-old Michael Rogers Jr. at an empty apartment complex on Sacramento Road in Richfield. He had items that the deputies suspected were stolen, and had an outstanding warrant out of Glenn County, so he was arrested. Apparently the property had been stolen from a nearby residence, which also was missing a Kubota utility vehicle and a chain saw, both of which were spotted by the owner. Evidence at the scene led also to the arrest of 45-year-old Jon Lareau.
