A man was found in North Redding tied up and beaten, and the Shasta County Sheriff’s Office is trying to figure out who did it. Just after 6 O’clock Wednesday night, 9-1-1 calls came from residents of Alee Lane, which is off Oasis near the railroad tracks. 33-year-old Eric Samuel Crosman had been discovered after his cries for help were heard. He was hog tied and badly beaten. Deputies say he had been assaulted by an unknown number of people. It’s hoped that someone will come forward with information. Crosman was transported to Mercy Hospital.
