Police are looking for additional victims of a flasher in the Shopko parking lot. On Wednesday morning 29-year-old Ashlee Libolt called police to say a man had pulled up next to her in a gray 2 door Chevy Cobalt, exposed his genitals and started to masturbate. She got the license plate number of the car and Redding Police traced it to a 22-year-old Shasta Lake City man named Kawan Okoye Gaidowsky. When questioned he reportedly admitted to exposing himself to Libolt, as well as two other women in the same area over the past few weeks. He’s been booked into jail for indecent exposure.
