A panel of judges chosen by Catalyst from the private-sector will pick their five favorites, which will then be presented for public online voting. Each finalist wins $200, while the winner gets $1000 and permanent bragging rights. Designs are to be submitted online at reddingcityflag.com the new deadline is next Friday.
