A Red Bluff man has been found guilty by a jury of the brutal molestation of two children. 32-year-old John Robert Otero was arrested last May and convicted Monday of continuous sexual abuse and other felony counts for crimes committed against the children when they were 13 and 8 years old. When otero is sentenced on May 15th he could be sent to prison for 31 years to life.
