A reward has been doubled in hopes of getting information about a Lewiston woman who was reported missing November 2nd. Some family members of Stacey Ellen Smart have made clear their suspicions of Stacey’s boyfriend, Tony Brand, who lived with the missing woman but never told anybody that she was missing. He also said he would submit to a polygraph test, but apparently never actually did it. The Trinity County Sheriff’s Office has not called brand a person of interest. The family has been urging Trinity County officials to request help from the FBI. Several searches have been made of the Lewiston area but no sign was ever found of the woman. A reward has been boosted to $10,000. It can be claimed anonymously through Trinity County Secret Witness at 623-8138. Stacey is a 51-year-old white woman, 5-foot-8 and 180 pounds with short blonde hair, blue eyes and a red lotus tattoo on her back.
