A man was shot over the weekend in Redding, but little information is available. Early Saturday morning, shortly before 2AM, witnesses in the neighborhood west of Railroad Avenue reported gunshots. When police responded they found a man inside a parked car on Eugenia Avenue. He had been shot but was still alive and was transported to a hospital. His name, condition and other information have not been made available.
