Bomb Squad Called To Anderson Storage Unit

Somebody got more than they bargained for from an Anderson storage unit. The mini-storage business recently auctioned off the contents of a storage unit after the renters failed to make their payments. On Friday the buyer was going through the contents of the unit and came across some items that looked suspiciously like something explosive. Anderson Police were called and after they took a peek they decided to call the Shasta County Sheriff’s Bomb Squad and secure a perimeter. The bomb squad showed up and searched the storage unit, taking some items with them for disposal. It’s not known if they were bombs or not.
