Redding Police are asking for help in locating a woman who allegedly stole a relative’s car and has a child with her. Tuesday officers were called to Wal-Mart on Dana Drive for a report of a stolen car. They then were told that the car was stolen by 20-year-old Shanae Fouche, who is a family member of the victim. Fouche also apparently has a juvenile relative with her. The car is a gold 2005 Chevy Malibu with plate number 7LHY740.
