Northstate Congressman Doug LaMalfa will be in Redding Friday to receive an award for his support of business-friendly legislation. LaMalfa will be presented the National Spirit of Enterprise Award and the National Hard Hat Award on behalf of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Redding, Anderson and Shasta Lake Chambers of Commerce. The award ceremony will be at Black Bear Diner on Hilltop Drive at 12:30PM Friday afternoon.
