An Anderson man arrived home to find a nude woman in his bed. Tuesday afternoon the man had just arrived at his Ferry Street home after work and noticed a package that had been delivered was opened on his front porch with his box opener next to to it. He went inside the house, which was locked, and noticed a sandwich with a bite taken out of it on the kitchen counter, and an opened beverage from his fridge. He then looked in the bathroom and saw that someone had taken a shower and there were women’s garments on the floor. The next room he checked was his bedroom, where an unclothed woman was sound asleep in the bed. He woke her up and she got dressed and started to leave. The man called police and stayed on the phone with dispatchers until Anderson Police arrived. They found the man on the front porch standing next to 33-year-old Michelle Irene Watkins of Junction City. She apparently had a pack of cigarettes she had taken from the house. She was arrested for burglary and petty theft.
