3 Arrested After Murder In East Redding

Redding Police have made several arrests after a man was found dead inside a home in East Redding Thursday. Just after Midnight officers were called to 1268 Heavenly Oak Lane unit # 1. They found a man who said he had escaped his home and that he and his roommate were being robbed at gunpoint. Officers entered the residence and found a dead man inside from a gunshot wound in one of the rooms. RPD investigators spent Thursday following up on leads and three suspects were identified. Officers found evidence and went to a home on Sillis Street about 1PM. They apparently saw a vehicle leaving and made a traffic stop at Market and Benton and two suspects were arrested. A third suspect was arrested at the Willis Street home after the SWAT Team served a search warrant a short time later. 20-year-old Brooklyn Hill,19-year-old Isaiah Williams, and 21-year-old Devin Dashawn Sutton Wilson were all booked into Shasta County Jail on murder charges. Williams and Sutton Wilson were also booked for robbery after officers say they were the suspects who robbed and assaulted 20-year-old Cody Shane Wallace and his girlfriend at the TA Truck Stop on Wednesday evening during a pot deal. The name of the victim has not been released. Anyone with information should call Redding Police.
