A Red Bluff man has been sentenced for molesting a child after he was caught by his mother. 32-year-old Jose Ancelmo Garcia was in the act of fondling the young girl when his mother came home from work one day. The victim told the woman that she had awakened that morning with Garcia next to her. he was removing her pants and underwear and started touching her private parts, then continued all day with the molestation. Convicted on 2 felony counts of lewd acts on a child, Garcia has been sentenced to 10 years in state prison.
