RPD Cracks Down On Disabled Vehicles

Redding Police went a bit tow happy on Buckeye Terrace Wednesday. The street in North Redding had an extraordinary number of vehicles parked along its curbs that were obviously disabled, had evidence of being stolen, had long expired registration or just had clearly not moved in a long time. The vehicles had all been tagged days ago with warning citations. Police say many of the street’s residents came out of their homes Wednesday to thank officers for clearing the blighted cars.
