Nor Cal Pet Services Looking For Volunteers To Help Wildfire Victims

A Redding area kennel is going on a rescue mission to the wine country, where animal sanctuaries are overwhelmed with pets from fire victims.  NorCal Pet Services has plenty of extra room and have volunteered to house pets from fire victims for free until they can be returned home again.  In a few days the owners of the kennel will head down in some large vans to Santa Rosa to load up as many pets as they have capacity for and bring them for a little holiday in Redding.  The disastrous ordeal of the massive fires can be very stressful for animals and it will do them good to be in a compassionate and quiet environment for a while.  Anyone who would like to help or who knows fire victims with a need for pet sheltering can go online to norcalpetservices.com or call 722-5505.
