Murder Suspects Arraignments Extended

All three suspects accused in the Redding murder of a man from Riverside appeared in court Tuesday. 47-year-old David Allen Borders vanished October 20th and was reported missing. A body believed to be his was then found in a burned out Toyota Camry in Eastern Shasta County. Borders had apparently been meeting with Jesse Tern and Rachel Rowe for a marijuana deal and while riding in their Toyota, Tern allegedly shot Borders. Tern and Rowe allegedly recruited the assistance of Julio Morales in disposing of the car and the body.  The three suspects were arrested on Thursday. Their arraignments were set for Tuesday but they were continued until Friday. That’s when the trio is expected to enter pleas and have dates set for further proceedings. They’re being held on bail of a Million Dollars each.
