A Modoc County man arrested last month for child molestation has been arrested again after more victims have come forward. 57-year-old John Hughes was arrested October 6th on multiple counts of lewd acts with a child. He posted bail and was released the same day. Thursday Hughes turned himself in after learning that another arrest warrant had been issued for him. The new warrant comes after additional victims leveled accusations against Hughes. The warrant lists 90 counts of child molestation. Hughes is being held on bail of a Million Dollars.
