This Saturday Famous Dave’s Barbecue will observe Veterans Day by offering veterans a free “Two Meat Salute”. The offer is good for all current and former military personnel with valid military identification. The free food is offered as a thank you from 11AM to 9AM Saturday at Famous Dave’s on Hilltop Drive. The restaurant will simultaneously be running the “Tip-a-Vet” program to accept donations for the Air Force monument that’ll be dedicated this Saturday at the Veterans Cemetery in Igo. The monument is being moved there from Anderson at 10 O’clock Wednesday morning.
