NPU Makes Several Arrests On Drug Charges

A couple of alleged drug dealers who were arrested in June were busted again at a Lake Boulevard trailer park Tuesday night by Redding’s Neighborhood Police Unit. Investigators say 49-year-old Reginald Matthews and 39-year-old Angela Delicino were distributing various drugs throughout North Redding and the downtown area. A search warrant served at their home in space 54 of the Oakwood Mobile Home Park in June allegedly revealed Methamphetamine, heroin and prescription pills, along with a large amount of cash. Another search warrant was served Tueday night and officers reported finding Matthews in possession of a large quantity of Heroin packaged for sale and Delicino in possession of a large quantity of Methamphetamine packaged for sale. They also found scales, packaging and a lot of cash. They found photographs of Matthews holding a handgun, which he’s forbidden to possess because of prior felonies. The photo had enough clarity that officers could see the serial number had been grinded off. Matthews told them the gun is now in Oregon somewhere. Matthews and Delicino were both booked into jail for drug sales.
