A man missing from Arizona has been found dead in Trinity County. A vehicle was found November 18th near the shoulder of a remote Southern Trinity County Road. The car had several bullet holes in it, but nobody was nearby. The car was registered to Keith Olson, who had been reported missing from Yuma, Arizona and had no known connection to Trinity County. Deputies investigated and learned that the car had been there for about five days. A search of the immediate area failed to turn up anything, but only a limited radius was searched because Olson had medical conditions that prevented him from getting very far on foot. Another search was done Saturday by the Lost Coast Trackers, and they found Olson’s body several hundred yards from the road. His death is not believed to be a result of foul play. An autopsy is planned.
