A woman who counseled high school aged foster kids in Redding and Red Bluff has decided to admit to more than two dozen counts of having sex with at least two teen boys. 36-year-old Jacqueline Bryce Herron worked for Victor Youth Services in the Redding area and alternatives for violence in Red Bluff in 2015 and 2016. While Herron was working at the group home and a continuation high school she had sex with at least two 16-year-old boys. Wednesday she entered no contest pleas to 28 felony counts. She made no deal with the district attorney’s office and had no promise of a reduced sentence, so she could get up to the maximum of 29 years 8 months in prison when she returns to court February 7th.
