A multiple DUI offender in Tehama County has struck out. Jose Domingo Ibarra was involved in a traffic collision and fled the scene before the arrival of CHP Officers. He was found after a short area search and had injuries that implicated him in the crash, as well as a blood alcohol level over the legal limit. He eventually admitted to his involvement. It was his 4th DUI within 10 years, making it a felony. Ibarra has been sentenced to 32 months in state prison.
