A pedestrian who was killed on Interstate Five last week has been identified by the Shasta County Coroner’s Office. At 8:40PM the night of December 27th, Kelley Dean Clark walked onto Interstate Five near the Cypress Avenue onramp. The 58-year-old Redding man was in the southbound slow lane avenue when a tractor trailer came along and the driver had no way of avoiding him. It’s still not known why Clark was on the freeway.
