The CHP is asking for the public’s help as they investigate a fatal crash that left a Texas man dead. On Sunday afternoon 28-year-old Grace Elizabeth Ward was driving the wrong way on I-5 and crashed her car head-on into a vehicle driven by 29-year-old Ryan John Folsom of San Antonio, Texas near the Riverside exit. Folsom was killed and Ward suffered major injuries. The CHP believes that Ward may have been suicidal and is looking for any dash cam footage or other information that the public can provide about the tragic crash.
