The long anticipated hotel at Turtle Bay has officially opened for business. The 130-room Sheraton Hotel opened its door Thursday after 2 years of construction and 10 years of planning. The new hotel is the smallest Sheraton in North America, but is Redding’s 1st 4 star hotel. A ribbon cutting was held Thursday afternoon at the hotel across from the Redding Civic Auditorium. The hotel features a ballroom, business conference room, six luxury suites and an Italian inspired restaurant.
