A man sought by U.S. Marshals was collared by Anderson Police early Wednesday morning. At around 12:30AM an officer in the Walmart parking lot became suspicious of a Buick with Oregon plates and 3 people sitting inside. He called for backup and the three were questioned. Officers say two of them had difficulty remembering their own names and eventually had to admit that they were lying. 48-year-old Trace Libel of Oregon had an outstanding federal warrant. 48-year-old Charles Ahart also had a warrant, but the Oregon agency that issued it was not willing to extradite. He was arrested for possession of a small amount of Methamphetamine.
