A high risk sex offender wanted by Redding Police has been captured. 50-year-old Kevin Lee Woods was placed on the list of Shasta County’s most wanted last week. He was wanted for rape as well as violating his parole and allowing his GPS ankle monitor to discharge. He’s been apprehended by state parole agents.
