Yet another grown man has seen the girl of his dreams turn into a nightmare thanks to the persuasive skills of a Tehama County District Attorney Investigator. Dozens of men have fallen for a fake ad in the Craigslist personals section, which depicts a young teenage girl seeking a no-strings-attached sexual relationship with an older man. When someone responds to the ad, a D.A. investigator pretends to be the girl and engages in a series of sexually-charged online conversations. Eventually they make plans to meet, and when the hopeful man shows up it all becomes clear as he’s arrested. The latest to fall for it is 26-year-old Garen Saulter. He’s been sentenced to 6 months in jail and 5 years probation.
