Man With Multiple DUI’s Sentenced To 4 Years For Crash

A 22-year-old man has been sentenced to prison for an alcohol-involved crash in Tehama County that injured his passenger. Miguel Ramirez was arrested in July. He was intoxicated and failed to stop at a stop sign, colliding with another vehicle. His passenger was severely injured. Ramirez blood alcohol level was .10, which is just over the legal limit. Ramirez was convicted of DUI causing injury within 10 years of another DUI, with a special allegation of great bodily injury. He’s been sentenced to 4 years 4 months in state prison.
