A group of West Valley High School students is trying to fund an educational trip to Europe next summer, and Waste Management is stepping up to help. This Saturday from 8AM to 12PM the landfill on Cambridge Road in Anderson will accept pickup truck loads of trash, furniture, e-waste, batteries, metals and green waste for $25 per load. All the money raised will be donated for the student trip.
