A Tehama County man has been sent to prison for an attack on his neighbor. 35-year-old Jose Juan Herrera-Madera was confronted by the victim and his father. They apparently blamed Herrera-Madera for a mailbox that was thrown into their front yard. Herrera-Madera attacked the man and stabbed him in the shoulder. He’s been sentenced to 4 years in state prison.
